Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
• Immediate Termination: Upon cancellation, your account will be terminated immediately unless you specify a later termination date. All data associated with your account will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
• Involuntary Cancellation: Hosting Empower reserves the right to cancel or suspend your service at any time, without notice, for violations of our Terms of Service or for non-payment of fees. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

2. Refund Eligibility

• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies only to first-time customers and is limited to hosting services. Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and other add-on services are non-refundable.
• Pro-Rated Refunds: After the initial 30 days, pro-rated refunds may be offered at the sole discretion of Hosting Empower. Refunds will be calculated based on the unused portion of your service term. Please note that refunds are not available for services that have been used in violation of our Terms of Service.
• No Refunds on Renewals: Renewal fees for hosting services are non-refundable. You are responsible for ensuring that your billing information is up-to-date and that you cancel your service before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Setup Fees: Any setup fees charged at the initiation of services are non-refundable.
• Custom Services and Add-Ons: Any custom work, add-ons, or additional services provided by Hosting Empower are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

• How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@hostingempower.com with your account details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and, if eligible, process your refund within 7-14 business days.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Hosting Empower is not responsible for any delays in processing refunds caused by your payment provider.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback through your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with Hosting Empower may result in the suspension or termination of your account. We encourage customers to contact our support team to address any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.

6. Changes to the Cancellation and Refund Policy

Hosting Empower reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
